We are grateful for the many parents, families, and community members who volunteer at St. Joseph Catholic School. Whether you are volunteering in the classroom, driving for a field trip, or helping in another capacity, all school volunteers must complete the Diocese of Tucson compliance requirements before volunteering.
All volunteers, new and returning, must complete the current compliance process.
Fingerprinting is required for all volunteers, including those renewing their clearance.
Compliance training is required for all school volunteers.
The approval process can take several weeks, so please plan ahead. Volunteers should not wait until just a few days before a field trip or school event to begin the process.
Please keep your CMG Connect profile up to date, especially your email address.
If you do not have computer access, experience difficulty with the process, or have questions, please contact our compliance officer through the Parish Center at 520-747-3100.
If you are new to St. Joseph Catholic School, please meet with our compliance officer at the Parish Center to begin the compliance process. Your volunteer application will be submitted to the Diocese of Tucson for review, and the approval process may take several weeks.
Once your application has been processed, the Diocese will contact you with instructions for registering with CMG Connect and completing the required compliance steps, including the new fingerprinting procedure.
If you were in compliance during the previous school year, you should receive an email from CMG Connect approximately 60 days before your clearance expires. The email will begin with “webmaster.”
After submitting your renewal application through CMG Connect, the Diocese will be notified. You should then watch for an email from the Diocese with instructions for completing the new fingerprinting process.
You may also receive an email from our Parish/School Compliance Officer, Michael Brooks.
